Order Process
Beginning on July 1, 2008, all of our software is available by download, and in most cases is available for download within 72 hours. In some limited cases, a backup CD may also be purchased. If a backup CD is ordered, it will be sent by US Mail, and received within 2 weeks.
Download Orders
Filling orders by download requires a working email address. By "working" we mean that you can receive email without it being bounced back as spam or rejected because of your email settings. Here are some problem providers:
- Earthlink: We will not fill orders to Earthlink email addresses because they block automated orders.
- AT&T, Comcast, and BellSouth: If your email ends with @att.net, @comcast.com or @bellsouth.net your email provider may block your order instructions.
Providers such as Earthlink, AT&T, Comcast, and BellSouth promote their anti-spam features as a positive thing, however these providers are notorious for blocking legitimate email traffic in addition to spam. If you use their services, you may need to have an email address that not only blocks spam, but allows legitimate web business through as well. We suggest GMail or Yahoo as excellent free services that block spam and still allow legitmate business.
